About this opportunity The

Director of Global Stock Administration

is responsible for managing and executing benefits related to the company's equity compensation plans, including equity awards and Employee Stock Purchase Plans. This role involves maintaining the stock database, processing grants, releases, terminations, semi-annual ESPP purchases, SEC stock filings, and providing documentation/support for compensation and equity in the annual proxy, as well as supporting stock-based accounting under US GAAP.

In this role, you will…

Design stock programs in collaboration with HR, Legal, Tax, and local teams, maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations and securities laws.

Manage all aspects of equity program administration, including communication with employees and Directors, blackout period communication, and data integrity in the stock database.

Coordinate with legal, finance, and HR teams to communicate materials, compliance, grants, and reports.

Respond promptly to employee and Director inquiries and provide education as needed.

Manage Section 16 compliance by working with relevant parties to ensure accurate and timely SEC filings.

Coordinate stock compensation reporting with payroll, accounting, and HR for domestic and international employees.

Support external reporting requirements and prepare equity portions of compensation analysis for NEOs.

Manage relationships with third-party vendors, transfer agents, stockbrokers, and legal counsel, resolving discrepancies and inquiries.

Assist in setting up and maintaining trading plans and transactions.

Prepare or assist with accounting for all equity plans under US GAAP, including valuations and analysis of modifications.

Provide data for audits, maintain SOX controls, and support internal partners.

Maintain forecasting models for dilutive shares and assist with stock-based compensation projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Certified Equity Professional certification required

12+ years experience in Stock Administration, preferably in a public company

Strong knowledge of Equity Edge Online or similar platforms, Microsoft Excel and Word

Experience with international equity considerations, US GAAP Stock Based Compensation Accounting a plus

Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and technical skills

Strong ethics and ability to communicate at all organizational levels
