QUALIFICATIONS: Active Secret clearance 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or DevOps roles Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash Hands-on experience with GCP structure management and policy configuration Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.) Comfortable creating IAM policies, roles, and managing access structures Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams Ability to contribute effectively in an established Agile environment from day one Willingness to research and self-study to keep technical skills relevant in a highly complex environment Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines to deliver results Ability to work independently or as part of a team Mentors and coaches colleagues and seeks opportunities for continuous improvement Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy Preferred but not required: Experience working with federal agencies or government cloud projects Knowledge of Azure Identity Management (Active Directory, RBAC) Experience supporting Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with cloud cost management tools (Azure Cost Management, FinOps principles) Clearance Requirements: Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret Learn more about Government Services: https://www.wwt.com/government-services The well-being of WWT employees is essential. Cloud Engineer Responsibilities: Provide data management solutions in data-lake, lake-house, and data-mart constructs Develop and maintain scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation Configure, deploy, and maintain AWS & GCP infrastructure with focus on reliability and scalability Create and manage IAM policies and roles Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum environment Leverage scripting for DevOps pipelines and infrastructure-as-code Ensure compliance with cloud governance and security practices Manage GCP folder structure and policies Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and CI/CD issues Support data migration to the Cloud
