Maintenance Technician , you will: Ensure Facility Safety & Compliance
– Maintain buildings, common areas, and patient living spaces in accordance with health and safety standards. Support Our Mission
– Contribute to a well-maintained and secure environment that fosters healing and recovery. Enhance Your Skills
– Work across multiple maintenance areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and renovations. Career Growth Opportunities

– Work closely with the
Regional Facility Manager
and
Director of Operations
to uphold high facility standards. Position Details
Reporting to:
Director of Operations Schedule:
Full-time, 5 shifts per week (details discussed in interview) Location:
On-site in
Langhorne, PA
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance tasks including
plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, remodeling, renovations, and repairs . Ensure compliance with
building, safety, and health codes . Install and maintain
appliances, furniture, and fixtures . Monitor and respond to
maintenance issues
in a timely manner. Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and integrity of the
entire facility . Required Qualifications
5+ years of maintenance experience High school diploma or equivalent Safe driving record
with a clean DMV report for the last
3 years Must be 21+ years old
(insurance requirement) Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
residential, hospital, or medical settings Knowledge of
OSHA & infection control
practices Personal Characteristics
Detail-Oriented & Organized
– Takes pride in ensuring every aspect of the facility is maintained to high standards. Problem-Solver & Hands-On
– Can troubleshoot issues and complete repairs efficiently. Safety-Conscious & Observant
