Contingent Assets is helping a Salt Lake City company find a Director or VP of Finance. This position requires extensive experience in FP&A and operations; the ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Develop models, dashboards, and financial reporting for senior leadership.
Oversee operations and manage ad‑hoc reporting.
Support strategic decision making through data analysis.
Manage a team of finance professionals while providing leadership support.
Qualifications
VP/Director level experience in Finance.
Deep understanding of Health Care & Real Estate sectors.
Expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and dashboard creation.
FP&A and operations oversight experience.
Ad‑hoc reporting skills.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Private equity experience preferred.
Inquisitive mindset and problem‑solving skills.
Minimum 8 years of experience.
B.S. in Finance or Accounting.
Salary range: $150k – $180k + bonus.
