Overview ICE Endpoint Solutions is responsible for every endpoint, physical and virtual, globally. Master images/Golden templates, operating system updates/upgrades, security patches, software and configurations fall within the purview of our remit. Endpoint Solutions works closely with multiple IT groups within the organization to ensure proper and compliant operations of endpoints. Endpoint Solutions – Engineering is responsible for the implementation of new technologies and platforms to manage, maintain and keep in compliance with all physical and virtual endpoints globally. The EPS‑Engineering team stays current with industry trends and makes recommendations for new platforms or configuration changes in existing ones to ensure an efficient and secure environment for endpoints. As an Engineer in Endpoint Solutions – Engineering, you will help manage and secure over 20,000 endpoints globally, ensuring business continuity and user productivity.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement endpoint management systems and infrastructure
Support production operations in a 24/7 environment
Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours/weekend support
Lead and complete projects with guidance from senior team members
Stay current with industry trends and leverage new technologies
Knowledge and Experience
Virtualization – 3+ years of experience with the implementation, management, and optimization of VDI environments. Familiarity with hypervisors, instant clones, app volumes.
Workstation OS – 3+ years of experience with the management and optimization of Windows in both a physical and virtualized environment. Desktop Management Systems – 3+ years of experience with building and managing desktop infrastructure using tools such as Altiris, SCCM, or Tanium.
Experience with Wyse & HP thin client management tools is beneficial.
Patch Management – Experience in software and OS patch management.
Scripting – Some experience with management and automation scripting in PowerShell. Comfortable performing tasks from the command line.
Microsoft Intune – Experience with modernization strategies, zero‑touch provisioning via Autopilot, policy management, mobile management, MSGraph and log analytics.
AD/Entra – Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and Entra.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience
College degree in Engineering, MIS, CIS, or related discipline preferred.
Experience and familiarity with industry standard desktop engineering tools and practices.
Powershell or Python scripting for automation.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and change/incident management practices.
Experience in the financial services industry.
