Support Engineer – Trading Technologies We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Engineer to join our global support team, providing superior support for our high‑quality trading platform. This role involves troubleshooting critical, time‑sensitive issues using log files and issue replication while delivering first‑class customer service and building solid client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter TT’s new hire training program and become knowledgeable in TT’s platform functionality, fundamentals of our infrastructure and architecture, and TT’s support processes and tools.

Maintain the global ticketing queue and manage tier‑1 customers.

Provide a deeper level of support with continued mentoring and become an expert in all TT products.

Act as the first point of contact for BAU support, becoming a knowledgeable resource across TT’s platform and technical architecture.

Provide first‑class customer support via TT’s in‑app feedback and phone.

Collaborate closely with Engineering and SRE teams to resolve all reported issues quickly and efficiently.

Efficiently manage multiple incidents within the ticketing system and provide timely, regular updates.

Analyze front‑end and back‑end logs, replicate software issues, perform impact analysis, and prioritize investigations.

Continuously learn new product features, functionality, and TT architecture.

Maintain and extend our knowledge base and undertake required projects.

Qualifications:

0–3 years of experience in a technical support–based role with direct software troubleshooting.

Experience in incident, problem, and service outage management.

Financial background, preferably supporting a derivatives trading platform or equivalent.

Competent IT literacy on Windows and macOS.

Familiarity with FIX Protocol 4.2 or higher.

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Availability to provide operational coverage, including occasional weekend and outside standard hours.

Self‑starter with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate within a team.

Strong investigation and diagnostic skills with an enthusiastic problem‑solving ability.

Bonus: knowledge of C++, Wireshark, Kibana, Servicenow.
