We are a 35+ attorney law firm with offices throughout California. Senior partner based in San Diego is seeking a litigation associate with 3+ years of litigation experience to work on complex construction and construction‑related matters.
Responsibilities
Represent public agencies and private developers in construction litigation and related matters.
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial materials.
Communicate clearly and promptly with clients and opposing counsel.
Qualifications
3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in construction.
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
