Executive Assistant Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CG‑RAS Program Executive Officer and Assistant PEOs, ensuring the consistent and timely delivery of program documentation, metrics, and briefing materials across acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

Documents and administrative support: drafting correspondence, reports, budgets, and briefing materials for senior level audiences.

Communications and data management: maintain program data, track metrics, and update status on dashboards.

Technical writing and briefing preparation: produce concise, accurate briefings and position papers for program leadership.

Task and metric tracking: manage task assignments, monitor completion status, and initiate follow‑ups for executive staff.

Meeting and travel coordination: schedule, facilitate, and record meeting agendas and minutes; manage travel logistics for individuals and groups.

Calendar and workspace management: maintain CG‑RAS leadership calendars, onboarding procedures, and seating chart logistics.

Program‑level research: gather and synthesize information on robotics and autonomous systems programs, and produce recommendations.

Report oversight: compile and update the Quarterly Risk Report to Congress, Quarterly Acquisition Brief (QAB), and other portfolio‑wide routine reports.

Research best practices: identify and assess potential application of federal acquisition and sustainment best practices to CG‑RAS operations.

Participation in meetings and working groups: actively contribute to discussions that support CG‑RAS objectives and generate reports, presentations, and issue papers.

Qualifications

Minimum four years of high‑level administrative experience supporting executive staff in major or non‑major systems acquisition or sustainment programs.

Preferred experience with U.S. Coast Guard acquisition/sustainment programs.

Proficiency with SharePoint, DoD 365, DHS INVEST, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Power BI, and document/task management tracking systems.

In-depth understanding of program acquisition documentation, including MSAM documents, reports, schedules, briefs, and INVEST submissions; ability to review, edit, and promote consistency.

Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

U.S. citizenship: This position supports a U.S. Government contract and requires U.S. citizenship.

Pay Range Annual base salary range: $59,360 – $80,560.
