Join to apply for the Associate Attorney role at Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP. We are an established law firm with offices across California, and we are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our fast‑paced Business Real Estate team in our San Diego office.

Compensation $150,000–$225,000 annually, plus bonus.
Responsibilities
Provide personalized legal representation to clients, assessing the unique needs and issues of each client and drafting customized documents for them
Respond to client concerns to increase and retain business
Participate in industry organizations and affiliated committees to increase firm visibility
Represent the firm internally and externally
Other duties as needed to support the legal and management goals of the department
Qualifications
J.D. and an active California Bar license
5+ years’ experience as a licensed California attorney
Significant estate planning experience required
Strong legal research and writing skills with great attention to detail
Ability to manage a heavy caseload
Preferred Qualifications
State Bar Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law certification
Litigation experience
Partial book of business a plus
Schedule Position is full‑time, exempt. Business hours are 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Friday. We currently offer a hybrid/in‑office/remote work model for select positions within the Firm.
