Sr. Director, IT – Infrastructure & Cybersecurity (Revelyst)
The IT Director – Infrastructure & Cybersecurity is a transformational leader responsible for modernizing an outdated technology landscape and driving operational excellence at Revelyst. This role will set a clear vision for performance, simplicity, and cost efficiency while ensuring robust cybersecurity and reliable infrastructure. The Director will lead teams across server, storage, networking, firewalls, telecommunications, and cybersecurity, introducing modern cloud technologies, automation, and analytics to improve resilience and scalability.
Responsibilities Modernization & Architecture
Lead the transition from legacy systems to modern, cloud-based infrastructure.
Implement advanced tooling and analytics to optimize performance and cost.
Drive architectural changes that simplify operations and improve agility.
Cybersecurity Leadership
Strengthen security posture through proactive risk management and compliance frameworks.
Oversee firewall, network security, and incident response strategies.
Team Development & Immediate Impact
Recruit and onboard key roles quickly to stabilize and accelerate transformation.
Build and mentor a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
Establish KPIs for infrastructure performance, security, and user satisfaction.
Ensure reliable operations across server, storage, networking, telecom, and security domains.
Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity readiness.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with business leaders to align technology initiatives with strategic objectives.
Foster transparent communication and strong vendor relationships.
Qualifications You Have
15+ years in IT leadership roles, with deep experience in infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Proven success in modernizing legacy environments and implementing cloud technologies.
Expertise in networking, storage, firewalls, telecom, and enterprise applications (O365).
Strong track record in team development and change management.
Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience managing hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud) in global organizations.
You Might Have
Familiarity with automation, observability, and analytics tools for infrastructure optimization.
Strong vendor negotiation and contract management experience.
Pay Range
– Annual Salary: $216,000.00 – $240,000.00 Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K, PTO, paid holidays, gear discounts, and the ability to add value to an exciting mission.
