Role Overview:
This position is for entry‑level engineers (0–3 years of experience). We provide an exceptional onboarding and training program to align your skillset with our technical offerings.
Responsibilities
All engineers focus on programming and software solutions, such as:
Controls programming for food and beverage processing, automotive assembly lines, and packaging machinery.
Development of automated test systems for EV battery testing, aerospace and rocket testing, turnkey test systems, and cloud‑enabled test and measurement systems.
Consultation with clients on status updates, maintaining positive rapport and addressing requests.
Travel to customer manufacturing sites for solution commissioning, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
Collaborate with project teams of varying sizes and experience levels.
Assist senior engineers in scoping, estimating, and proposing new projects.
Manage tasks with project teams, prioritizing needs and addressing risks and roadblocks.
Develop and grow leadership skills.
Travel: 25–50 % of the role may require travel; additional benefits are provided for higher‑travel commitments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum GPA of 3.4.
Interest and ability to program in text‑based languages and object‑oriented concepts.
Quick learner with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
Access to a reliable vehicle for work‑related travel.
Compensation Salary range: $83,000—$95,000 USD, based on experience, industry, and location standards.
