Overview
CCL Hospitality Group invites a Regional Support Clinical Dietitian to join our team in Northern California and the surrounding West Region. The role focuses on providing clinical support to regional accounts and requires extensive overnight travel (up to 100% to site across the assigned region). Position Details
Location: CCL Hospitality Group Schedule: 10/4 or 5/2 – Business Needs (10 days on / 4 days off may apply) Requirements: Registered Dietitian (RD) with a valid CDR # Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a senior living environment Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, completed Dietetic Internship, member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; Master’s preferred; Serve Safe, Choke Save, and Allergen certification preferred Responsibilities
Evaluate resident nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans Monitor resident status and take appropriate actions Collaborate with dining services to ensure smooth seven‑day operations Create and maintain documentation and client relationships Communicate objectives, reinforce high standards, and monitor performance Complete departmental audits and corrective actions in a timely manner Benefits
