Take the lead as an Engagement Manager working with Oliver Wyman’s Private Equity team spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, China and Southeast Asia. The team supports private equity investors through the full transaction lifecycle, from opportunity identification to due diligence and post‑transaction value realization. Leveraging deep industry and functional expertise supported by proprietary approaches and a world‑class network, the team delivers differentiated results on deals and post‑transaction value creation.

We seek experienced professionals already working in or interested in focusing on Aerospace & Defense, serving private equity clients, with a particular focus on commercial aerospace.
Candidate Profile
Professional experience with exposure to commercial and operational due diligence in a management consulting firm.
Experience across or within industries inside Private Equity.
Knowledge and in‑depth experience with customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.).
Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
Fluent in English.
Undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong academic program.
Initiative, resourcefulness and willingness to learn and apply new skills.
Creativity – ready to generate novel ideas to solve clients’ biggest challenges.
Aptitude for analytical work, extracting clues from large data sets and identifying key issues.
Willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with a talented team.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $225K to $240K, with performance‑based incentives and a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings and other retirement programs.
