Senior Superintendent
Base pay: $100,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr.
A top Design‑Build GC is looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead construction projects across various sectors, including Commercial, Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential, Municipal, Senior Living, and Special Projects.
Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all activities on a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans.
Coordinate subcontractors, perform quality control and safety checks, and provide on‑site direction during site preparation.
Qualifications
5+ years as a Construction Superintendent.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams on site.
Proficient with Procore.
OSHA 30‑Hour certification.
Technically literate and motivated team player.
