Responsibilities
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, timelines, and resource requirements for multifamily architectural projects. Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution. Client Interaction: Interface with clients to understand their vision, provide project updates, and address any concerns, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements applicable to multifamily developments. Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to deliver high-quality architectural solutions for multifamily projects. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Construction Coordination: Collaborate with construction teams to align architectural plans with construction processes, addressing any issues that may arise during construction phases. Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Registered Architect. 10+ Years of experience, with some multifamily experience. Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager, specifically in multifamily projects. Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction processes, and building codes. Proficient in project management tools and software. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Benefits
