As a Senior Consultant - Data Analytics, you will be responsible for executing various Commercial Real Estate (CRE) data, automation and analytics activities related to business reporting, data governance, data management, and advanced analytics. You will work closely with the Senior Portfolio Managers, CRE leadership, Credit Risk and Services teams to enhance portfolio management practices through advanced data analytics. You will be expected to use Python, Excel, Power Automate and various data science packages to identify, collect, organize, analyze, and clean significant amounts of data, and present the information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. How You’ll Succeed

Use your strong data and analytical skills to identify, collect, organize, analyze, clean, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases and data systems. Interpret datasets and analyze results using statistical techniques to provide ongoing insights that influence our development roadmap. Work with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize business use cases across automation, analytics and reporting. Define and document processes to improve and optimize future opportunities. Support the primary reporting function within the line of business, collaborating with other groups in the bank as needed. Aggregate disparate CRE data for portfolio management reporting. Assist in the management of CRE’s data (collection, input and validation) and organize data for submission during internal and external exams and audits. Develop alternative methods to monitor portfolio movements to ensure the line of business remains within set risk limits and desired business mix. Enhance portfolio forecasting capabilities through the use of available data. Use advanced analytics (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) to supplement existing forecasting practices. Develop insights for desired portfolio mix, including geography, clients, and property type, to inform CRE strategy and establish risk appetite. Execute processes and controls to ensure all data and documentation captured through the origination process is accurate, complete, and timely. Who You Are

Hold a degree or diploma in data engineering, data analytics, or a related field. Have a minimum of five years of experience in Commercial Banking. Have demonstrated experience in data governance and data analytics within commercial real estate. Salary and Benefits

Expected salary range: $113,000 – $150,000, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Successful candidates may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may include a discretionary bonus component.
