Job Description As an

Account Executive, SMB

you’ll be on the front lines of Arini’s growth engine — helping expand our footprint with solo and small group practices (1-9 locations) across the U.S. and Canada. You’ll own the full SMB sales cycle: from qualifying, demoing, to contract close — selling our flagship AI Receptionist that’s transforming how practices connect with their patients.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable selling both features and value, and can turn complex tech into simple value.

This role offers an annual compensation of $86,000 OTE full health benefits.

Responsibilities Sales Execution:

Manage full SMB sales cycle from inbound demo requests and outbound leads to signed contracts

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities

Deliver high-impact demos that clearly articulate Arini’s value proposition

Collaborate with Growth team to optimize conversion rates

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Customer Discovery & Value Selling:

Understand each practice’s operational workflows, call volume, and growth goals

Quantify ROI through data-driven selling — highlighting Arini value proposition

Tailor Arini’s solutions to meet the unique needs of SMB practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with Onboarding and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and early wins

Capture customer feedback to inform Product roadmap and go-to-market messaging

Partner with Marketing to create compelling case studies, testimonials, and SMB-focused campaigns

Process & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records in CRM (Attio)

Contribute to sales playbooks, objection handling guides, and competitive analysis

Provide regular forecasts, insights, and field intelligence to leadership

Qualifications

3 years of quota-carrying experience in Saas or technology sales (preferably B2B dental)

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in high-velocity environments

Exceptional communication, storytelling, and demo skills

Passionate about startups, AI, and driving measurable business outcomes for customers
