is seeking a Sales Development Manager Success Operations to lead a team of SDRs to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for sales strategy, pipeline/lead management, and coaching/mentoring a team.

Position Overview The Inside Sales Manager will lead and develop a high-performing inside sales team focused on driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, lead qualification, and closing deals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales processes, scripts, and best practices to optimize conversion rates.

Pipeline Management: Oversee lead generation, qualification, and nurturing to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, analyze sales metrics, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).

5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven success in inside sales within SaaS or fintech environments.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.

Compensation The target base compensation for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
