Position Overview:
The firm is looking for an experienced Equity Trader to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a Long/Short Equity strategy, across various sectors.
Responsibilities
Trade execution on long and short equity trades.
Monitoring and managing portfolio exposures and thematic risks. Ensure that all trading activities align with the funds risk parameters and compliance policies.
Market Analysis and research.
Strategy Development: collaborating with Portfolio Managers and research analysts to develop and refine trading strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience trading on long/short equity strategy
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA designation preferred.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar financial research tools.
