We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our growing insurance defense team. The role involves managing a varied insurance defense matters including construction defect, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. Responsibilities

Handle discovery, hearings, and case management for insurance defense matters Prepare detailed carrier reports and timely billing in compliance with client guidelines Utilize Clio and related applications for case and time management Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and team members while meeting deadlines Qualifications

Prior insurance defense experience strongly preferred Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions with minimal oversight 160 monthly billable hour requirement Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage a remote caseload efficiently Equal Opportunity Employer
