We are seeking compassionate, driven Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team at Peterson Park Health Care Center, a post‑acute care facility under Legacy Healthcare LLC. Our prime focus is providing exceptional care for residents in post‑hospital rehabilitation, wound care, and short‑term respite stays, including specialized care for dementia and Alzheimer’s patients. Pay & Benefits
• Sign‑on bonus: $3,000 (full time) • Pay range: $60,000 – $120,000 per year • Daily pay, shift differentials, tuition reimbursement, internal growth opportunities • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options • Short‑term and long‑term disability insurance • 401(k) with employer match • Employee concierge program, employee assistance program, and more (benefit packages vary based on hours worked) Responsibilities
As an RN, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your duties include: Administering medications and nursing care as directed in individual care plans. Conducting resident assessments. Serving as a team leader and advocating for residents’ needs. Ensuring residents are comfortable, safe, and receive high‑standard care. Qualifications
• Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse, RN license (mandatory). • Prior RN experience preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate. Work Environment
