Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Loans Platform) Location: Houston, TX
Salary: $152,000 - $215,000 per year
Qualifications
5 To 8 years’ experience with Java, J2EE, AWS, Spring Boot, Elastic Search, Jenkins, Angular 9+ PostgreSQL
Good interpersonal skills in order to interface successfully with an onshore project manager, clients and office personnel
5 To 8 years’ experience in multi-tier software development and support
Excellent experience with Java/J2EE technologies like Core Java (8, 12), JDBC, Python, AWS services , Linux shell scripting , SQL, Maven
Good Experienced in System Design OOAD, Data structures, FaaS, PaaS
Good Experienced in Junit, Jmeter
Creative problem-solving skills
Involvement in VPC, ELB, Docker
Experience with writing complex queries for MySQL DB, NoSQL DB (Dynamo DB) database
Experience in high-volume, transaction processing productions systems
Object oriented analysis, design and programming skills
Experience with a recognized software development lifecycle methodology
