Job Responsibilities
Lead customer projects in the area of SAP HCM with a focus on Payroll Germany (PY‑DE).
Analyze customer situations and create process documents, concepts, and blueprints.
Implement system‑side realization of customer requirements, including customizing and payroll accounting.
Support all project phases: conception, design, customizing, prototyping, and rollout of SAP HCM.
Take on partial project management responsibilities in smaller teams at customer sites.
Qualifications
Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience.
Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY).
Familiarity with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, tax, and social security law.
Excellent knowledge of SAP‑specific schemas, cycles, and characteristics.
Business fluent in German and fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with project management and consulting methods.
Strong self‑motivation, persuasiveness, and assertiveness.
Solution/process‑oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
