Position Overview We are looking to hire Fee for Service Physical Therapists for Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Nassau and Suffolk locations.

Responsibilities
Design and implement individualized treatment addressing skill areas such as fine, gross, and visual motor, sensory and emotional regulation, cognition, etc. as they relate to child and adult occupations.
Complete documentation in a timely manner.
Educate and train Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide carryover of skills addressed in therapy.
Follow through with assigned cases/visits. All visits are in-person.
Minimum Requirements
Valid New York State Professional License
New graduates are welcome to apply
Additional Abilities The candidate will have one year of acute care or home care experience in their area of specialty. Good organization and communication skills and ability to function with minimal supervision and provide a reliable means of transportation are required.

Weekday/Weekend availability
Pay & Benefits Pay Range:
$80,000 to $110,000
Sign-On Bonus:
$1,500 for Full-time; Prorated for Part-Time and Per-Diem
