About the Role: We are seeking an experienced
Physical Therapist — New Graduates are also encouraged to apply —for our outpatient, on-site rehabilitation facility. This is a full-time, contract position working with a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities:
Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Deliver high-quality outpatient care focused on functional outcomes
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with clinical staff to support excellent patient care
Educate patients and families on therapy plans and home exercises
Qualifications:
California Physical Therapy License
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Outpatient experience preferred
