Highlights
Join a growing MFM program serving a rapidly expanding community with increasing patient volume over the next several years. We are seeking a compassionate, team‑oriented MFM to practice at Advocate Children’s Hospital – South Campus and affiliated outpatient sites on Chicago’s South Side and southwest suburbs.
Be part of one of the largest, AIUM‑accredited MFM group covering multiple sites and ~20,000 deliveries/year across Chicagoland.
Flexible practice models (consultative, ultrasound‑focused, inpatient support) with opportunities to shape services at a growing campus.
Integrated with NorthShore University Health System, forming the largest MFM practice in Illinois and expanding academic/collaborative opportunities.
The Center for Fetal Care (a NAFTNet member) provides regional referral services for diagnosis and in‑utero fetal therapy, including laser therapy for TTTS and prenatal spina bifida repair.
Robust support from genetics and pediatric subspecialists through Advocate Children’s Hospital; active participation in GME (student and resident) teaching available.
Programs for complex maternal conditions (e.g., adult congenital heart disease, diabetes) and complex obstetrics (e.g., Placenta Accreta referral care).

EPIC EMR
Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician‑led medical group and embedded service line
Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI‑powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
Annual salary of $475,000, plus a $25K sign‑on bonus
What You’ll Do
Provide consultative and co‑management MFM care at South Campus and nearby clinics.
Interpret and supervise high‑risk obstetric ultrasound in AIUM‑accredited settings.
Collaborate closely with OB/GYNs, neonatology, pediatric subspecialists, genetics, and anesthesia.
Participate in quality initiatives, education, and program development to meet rising community demand.
Opportunity to participate in research initiatives if desired
An academic title through our affiliated Wake Forest University School of Medicine is also available if desired.
Training and/or Experience Required
MD/DO, BC/BE in Maternal–Fetal Medicine.
Eligibility for Illinois licensure.
Commitment to team‑based, patient‑centered, equitable care; interest in teaching and program growth.
