What You’ll Do As a Staff Software Engineer for Identity and Access Management (IAM) Products, you'll design, build, and scale solutions that ensure secure, seamless, and efficient identity and access management experiences across CoreWeave’s platform. Your work will directly impact the security and productivity of both our internal teams and our enterprise customers.
Architect, develop and optimize CoreWeave’s next-generation IAM platforms and services
Lead technical decisions on authentication, authorization, and access control technologies
Drive research into leading technologies, techniques, and designs for secure and resilient IAM experiences for both B2B and B2C use-cases
Collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, and product teams to build scalable, resilient IAM solutions
Drive innovation by leveraging modern technologies to solve complex identity management challenges
Mentor engineering team members, championing best practices and high-quality software delivery
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience building software, with significant experience in IAM solutions
Deep technical expertise in identity standards and protocols (OIDC, OAuth, SAML)
Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, Java)
Demonstrated experience designing and deploying scalable, secure software in cloud-native environments
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise with access control policy DSLs and mechanisms, (e.g. ReBAC, RBAC, ABAC)
Experience with zero-trust architectures and identity-centric security frameworks
Familiarity with Kubernetes, container security, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

The base salary range for this role is $139,000 to $275,000.
The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
