We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Engineering Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh with 4 days per week in office required.
Responsibilities
Support the development of long‑range plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts across the Engineering Practice
Deliver actionable analytics and reporting to help optimize specific third‑party expenses
Partner with business finance teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and productivity improvements
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Procurement, HR, Strategy) to ensure integrated processes
Embrace AI and other new tooling to improve processes
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in FP&A, preferably supporting large‑scale technology or engineering organizations
Experience working with complex financial data and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
