Job Overview
Position: Maintenance Engineer III (Overnight) at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport Location: 18740 International Boulevard, Seattle, WA 98188 – near Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and Link Light Rail Station. The hotel has 850 guest rooms, 40954 sq ft banquet space, and 26 meeting rooms. Shift Pattern: Overnight (11pm-7am), weekends and holidays included. Pay Rate: $24.29 per hour, increasing to $26.99 after 90 days of employment. Responsibilities
Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas. Respond to guest calls and team-member work orders promptly, friendly, and efficiently to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and equipment. Perform repair and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work, and masonry. Conduct inspections to identify preventive maintenance needs. Record and report completed repairs and items requiring further attention. Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of exceptional customer service experience. Hands-on experience with electrical and plumbing work. Ability to troubleshoot independently. Strong teamwork, integrity, leadership, ownership, hospitality, and customer-focus attributes. Benefits
