The Position
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of a hospital in Oregon.
Report to the Chief Nursing Officer.
Key responsibilities include strategic planning, operational leadership, financial management, and driving performance improvement while overseeing programs that support safe patient transitions and effective post‑acute care placement.
Lead complex care management operations, strategic initiatives, and cross‑functional teams in a healthcare setting.
Adapt quickly to changing needs; excellent communication skills.
Available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Active Oregon RN license required; can be expedited.
Previous leadership experience in care management or related healthcare operations, with a background in academic medical centers strongly preferred.

Compensation Details
Compensation Range: $185,000 to $195,000 annually.
The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
