**Senior Manager – Product Transformation & Enablement** In this individual contributor role, you will work cross-functionally to design, mobilize, and execute Product Excellence—a transformation framework that enables consistent, scalable, and AI-enabled product delivery. You will collaborate closely with key capability teams including Customer Experience & Engagement (CX&E), Portfolio Management, Architecture, and Forward Impact Engineering to ensure strategic alignment, integrated decision-making, and measurable impact.Integrate continuous customer discovery practices into product planning in partnership with Customer Experience (CX), ensuring real-time insights inform prioritization. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.* in digital transformation, product management, or management consulting, preferably in a large, matrixed organization.* Proven track record of **leading cross-functional initiatives** that drive enterprise-wide change and adoption of new ways of working.* Strong understanding of **product-centric operating models**, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.* Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.**6-8 years of experience**Experience working with **senior stakeholders** (Director to VP level) to influence strategy, drive alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes. Demonstrated ability to **translate strategy into execution**, including roadmap development, program planning, and change management. Prior experience as 0 to 1 product leader or entrepreneur. Prior experience in management consulting or internal strategy/transformation teams. Familiarity with AI/ML, MCP, and Agentic technologies and how they can be embedded into product workflows to drive automation and innovation. Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
