DIR, REGIONAL OPERATIONS – SOUTHEAST TEXAS & SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA
Join Compass One Healthcare as Regional Director of Operations. You will lead a team of District Managers across Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of District Managers and Resident District Managers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, achieving KPIs around profitability, safety, and engagement.
Represent the company as a brand ambassador in your territory and serve as an escalation point.
Collaborate with sales and retention teams to ensure smooth account management.
Ensure compliance with QA, policy, USDA program requirements and complete all reporting on time.
Own the financial results/P&L for the territory and work with leadership to forecast and budget.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited institution or 8+ years progressive experience in multi‑unit food service, hospitality, plant operations, environmental services, laundry distribution or related support services.
Preferred Qualifications
Senior leadership experience with contract/budget management, customer service, people development, food services negotiation.
Track record of business growth and team leadership.
Strong financial acumen and analytical, strategic thinking.
Excellent client relationship, influence, communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
