Job Summary This role will work in concert with the GM and other team leaders to create best practices across process, efficiency, and impact for Overtime’s apparel business. The position will critically evaluate current workflows throughout our product lifecycle and work toward building an End‑To‑End Calendar, managing 3PL logistic oversight with greater communication and alignment across the organization. The candidate must possess strong leadership skills, as they are ultimately responsible for driving cross‑functional process improvement and adoption.
What You’ll Do
Strategic calendar development: Define and drive the product creation calendar and process management—from concept to final sample to delivery.
Managing supplier relationships and manufacturing timelines.
Ensuring product availability, margin health, and operational excellence across all channels—Ecommerce, DTC storefronts & events, Wholesale partners, and Licensing.
Logistics Oversight: Oversee logistics workflows including warehousing, inventory transfers, and outbound fulfillment.
Point of contact for 3PL, working to improve the existing Inventory Management system.
Collaborate with Product Development on feasibility and cost in early product stages.
Create and implement processes for teams to forecast, plan inventory, and optimize fulfillment.
Identify gaps or areas of improvement across the product lifecycle and create new processes to optimize efficiency and data collection (e.g., PLM systems).
Support key project management and prioritization.
Who You Are
Expertise in apparel Operations, Product Creation, Supply Chain and/or Strategy experience with an apparel manufacturer or retailer, ideally in a high‑growth organization.
Experience within DTC, streetwear, or sports brands is preferable; apparel knowledge is required.
Deep knowledge of the product‑to‑market process and end‑to‑end product operations; adept at cross‑functional collaboration from tech packs and costing to supply chain and logistics.
Experience successfully juggling multiple SKUs, vendors, and deadlines.
Consistent record of leading with curiosity and the ability to think creatively.
Capable of working with a high degree of flexibility.
Fluent in the tools that power modern apparel brands.
Has an end‑to‑end perspective and loves streamlining processes.
Overtime expects the base salary for this position to be approximately $100K–110K annually based on the experience of the successful candidate, in addition to offering medical benefits, paid time off, and stock options in the company.
