At A Glance RVO Health is looking for an experienced data analytics professional to join our Weight and Wellness Data Analytics team. In this role you will manage high-priority data projects and shape the overall data strategy for our different weight and wellness businesses. You will be responsible for scoping technical projects, building relationships with stakeholders to best support the business, manipulating and analyzing data, and mentoring other data analysts within the organization.
The ideal candidate has the skills to support data projects end‑to‑end, inclusive of tracking, architecture, modeling, visualization, reporting, and doing in‑depth analysis to inform business strategy. Beyond technical proficiency, they are organized, quick and eager learners, excellent communicators, independent problem‑solvers, and phenomenal team players.
Location Minneapolis office, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in‑office schedule. Remote Mondays and Fridays permitted. 11000 Optum Cir, Eden Prairie, MN 55344.
What You’ll Do
Manage business‑critical technical projects end‑to‑end.
Conduct analyses, build scalable analytics infrastructure and dashboards, create reports, and enable our business partners and clients to make decisions using our data.
Partner with business leaders to work across multiple technical teams and build a positive culture.
Leverage an advanced analytical toolkit to execute complex analyses, visualizations, and storytelling.
Mentor junior team members in technical and strategic business skills.
Interact with senior leadership to provide data‑driven recommendations for the Weight and Wellness strategy.
What We’re Looking For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience working well with business stakeholders.
Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadership.
Experience with visualization tools such as Looker (preferred), Tableau or PowerBI.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; Snowflake and DBT are pluses.
Eagerness to learn and become an expert source of knowledge.
Motivation to grow others and contribute to the team.
Strategic vision beyond analytics; clear articulation of the “why” behind solutions.
