Base Pay Range $70,500.00/yr – $98,700.00/yr

Responsibilities Lead the coffeehouse team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a warm, welcoming environment. Guide day‑to‑day operations, support team partners, and foster a culture of craft and heart.
Qualifications
3 years retail or customer service management experience, or 4+ years of U.S. Military service
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales‑focused environment
Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
Minimum high school diploma or GED
Requirements
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment in the country in which you apply.
Ability to work full time, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
