Responsibilities

Java Tech lead/ aspiring Architect with 11 - 13 years’ experience.

Ready to work in startup kind of environment, R&D kind of work

Works on POCs and projects both, highly hands‑on

Design Java and related frontend technology solutions

Set standards and ensure the adherence by team

Be a tech SPOC and represent offshore team in all discussions

Represent offshore team onsite and connect with customers to ensure seamless delivery

Create production run book and oversee L3, L4 support, and be hands‑on when needed

Working in Agile and comfortable with Jira

Technical Expertise

Full stack developer, Core Java, Java beans, JSP, HTML, CSS, SQL database, NoSQL, JS, O365, React, Angular, Node

Spring Boot, Spring MVC

REST services

Microservice architecture and design patterns

OOPS and reusable code development, design patterns

Define and implement coding standards, static code analysis tools, take care of NFRs

DevOps automation

SQL and No SQL DB

Develop critical components / solutions

Linux and schedulers / cron jobs writing and

Good to have knowledge of Angular
