Role Overview
Signature IT World Inc is seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Solution Architect to lead eCommerce initiatives in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and implement SFCC solutions for minimum 2 major projects.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on eCommerce strategy and technology roadmap.
Deliver high‑quality, scalable SFCC services and maintain production environments.
Work 5 days a week from the client office in Knoxville, TN.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of IT experience.
Minimum 6 years of eCommerce experience with SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
Experience as SFCC Solution Architect for at least 2 projects.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have
Additional SFCC architecture or eCommerce certifications.
Compensation $100,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year.
