Base pay range:
$85,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Physical Therapist to join the team. New graduates are welcome to apply. Therapists are responsible for setting clear expectations for patient clinical progress, executing treatments as promised, and providing items or documents such as Home Exercise Programs. Therapists are expected to execute a high standard of clinical excellence while maintaining 5-star customer service. Spear strives to foster a true community environment for both patients and team members; therefore, a collaborative spirit is valued to ensure everyone receives the care and support they need. Responsibilities
• Set clear patient expectations for clinical progress. • Execute treatment sessions as promised. • Provide Home Exercise Programs and other patient documents. • Maintain 5-star customer service and high clinical standards. • Collaborate with a team-oriented environment to support patient care. Qualifications
License to practice Physical Therapy in the State of New York Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (preferred) What We Offer

Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance Lifting: routinely loads 5-35 lbs from floor to waist, waist to shoulder, shoulder to overhead Carrying: routinely loads 5-10 lbs for 40-50 minutes Pushing: routinely loads 5-150 lbs on casters, runners or pulleys Sustaining a grip: routinely 1-2 minutes of 40-50 lbs Guarding a lift load: routinely 120-140 lbs
