Presales Solution Principal in Supply Chain SaaS - CPG / Mfg. The Presales Solution Principal at RELEX is a pivotal strategic role that enhances the sales team's effectiveness throughout the sales cycle. This position integrates expertise in sales strategy, subject matter knowledge, process facilitation, and execution. As a Solution Principal, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to expanding RELEX's footprint in the CPG / Manufacturing sector. This role is fully remote.

Responsibilities

Leverage business experience, industry knowledge, supply chain expertise, and RELEX solution familiarity to conduct discovery, develop a RELEX point of view, lead workshops, and drive innovation with prospects.

Create tailored demonstrations of RELEX capabilities by applying deep solution expertise and configuration skills.

Provide thought leadership and work with business leadership to align CPG / Manufacturing planning and supply chain strategy, thereby establishing a compelling business case for implementing RELEX.

Conduct discovery sessions to understand a prospect’s needs and assemble demonstrations that illustrate the potential implementation of a RELEX solution.

Assist in creating Proof of Concepts and influence approach and configuration when necessary.

Collaborate with internal functional groups including Professional Services, Central Presales, Product Strategy, Product Management, and Product Marketing.

Interact with clients and present to prospect audiences.

Develop and customize sales materials to support the sales process.

Qualifications

Detailed knowledge of business logic (e.g., Forecasting, Replenishment, Safety Stock Optimization, Capacity Management).

Ability to see the bigger picture – translating customer issues into RELEX-based solutions.

System configuration capability.

Analytical approach.

Presentation skills.

Knowledge or desire to learn industry and sector specifics.

Flexible and adaptable approach, communicating advanced logic to a broad audience.

Willingness to work within ambiguity and drive improvement for customers and internal processes.

Comfort with travel across the US and Canada when needed (approx. 40%).
