Now our Sales department is growing again, and we’re looking for an accomplished, relationship-driven Director of New Business Development to help us reach new customers, open new markets, and expand Kelli’s presence nationwide.

What You’ll Do As the Director of New Business Development, you’ll be the driving force behind Kelli’s expansion into new B2B markets. You’ll identify, pursue, and secure new retail and distribution partnerships—creating growth opportunities that benefit both Kelli’s and our customers.

Expand Kelli’s customer base - Identify and secure new retail and distribution partners in key verticals (hospital, pharmacy, resort, casino, and Food/Drug/Mass) by focusing on corporate relationships

Drive top-line growth - Design and execute a scalable business development strategy that aligns with company goals

Build strategic relationships - Develop partnerships with senior buyers and executives at multi-location retail groups

Collaborate cross-functionally - Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver customized programs for new partners

Represent Kelli’s brand - Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as a brand ambassador for “We Give More”

Use data to guide growth - Analyze pipeline performance and ROI using CRM and analytics tools

Requirements What You’ll Bring

3-5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with a proven record of growth

Expertise in developing partnerships and negotiating high-value deals

A consultative, strategic selling style rooted in integrity and

Strong communication and presentation skills at the executive level

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and Excel or Google Sheets

Experience in wholesale, retail distribution, or consumer products a strong plus
