As a Vice President within the Futures and Derivatives Clearing Client Margins team, you will provide strategic and operational oversight for a team that serves as the daily contact for clients regarding their margin obligations. You will champion payment controls, ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards, and drive continuous improvement in team processes. Collaboration with internal partners is key to enhancing the client experience and supporting operational transformation. This position requires a strong ownership mindset, the ability to critically assess and resolve issues, and a commitment to developing team capabilities in line with business priorities and Firm-wide objectives. Product knowledge and a keen focus on payment controls are essential for success in this role. Job Responsibilities

Lead and oversee a team serving as the primary escalation point for clients settling margin requirements

Champion payment controls, ensuring rigorous oversight and continuous process improvement

Ensure all margin requirements are met in accordance with margin regulations, client priorities, and internal risk policies

Resolve complex issues related to SWIFT formatting, cash and securities settlement instructions (SSIs), and securities settlements across global markets

Build and leverage relationships across Sales/RM, Compliance, Technology, and Operations to drive solutions

Analyze client behavior, margin balances, and exceptions to identify opportunities for improvement

Implement solutions to enhance client experience, drive capacity gains, efficiency, and strengthen controls

Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives (Regulatory, Strategic/Platform, Exchange/Product onboarding, client experience) to improve service offerings

Monitor industry developments in cleared derivatives and communicate relevant insights to management and the team

Promote a culture of continuous learning and product expertise within the team

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Deep understanding of Derivatives Clearing business and the end-to-end lifecycle of Futures and Cleared OTC Swaps products

Proven experience in team oversight, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a culture of accountability

Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Controls, Technology, and Operations

Demonstrated control mindset to identify process gaps, prioritize, and mitigate operational risk, especially in payment controls

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address operational and technical issues with sound judgment

Ability to prioritize, drive results, and influence team members in a cross-functional, diverse environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to multi-task and deliver against tight deadlines

Commitment to self-development and continuous learning

Ability to synthesize complex information for various audiences

Series 99 or ability to obtain
