What You’ll Do
Gather information as it relates to community needs from individuals who walk into Bellevue Family Success Center.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Bellevue Family Success Center and respond to requests for information and referrals at the point of contact.
Build and maintain an active resource database tool of community organizations and government agencies, including points of contact, physical addresses, contact numbers, emails, and type of services offered.
Serve as liaison for at least 25 individuals or families weekly visiting the Bellevue Family Success Center and create a warm transfer to community organizations or government agencies at the point of contact.
Provide administrative support to the Community Advisory Committee and the Director of Family Success Centers.
Assist the Director of Family Success Center Programs with being an interdepartmental liaison for partnership information.
Assist with coverage of Front Desk at the Conway Health and Resource Center – Bellevue Family Success Center as needed.
Requirements Must-Haves
High School Diploma.
Minimum three to five years of social or human services experience.
Experience working in a non-profit, social service environment serving under‑resourced communities.
Ability to handle a high volume and fast pace work environment.
Strong interpersonal communication skills required. Presentation and facilitation experience a plus, especially with teens and young adults.
Highly motivated with strong customer service, organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be innovative.
Knowledge of computer systems, including internet, Microsoft Office and Excel.
Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as required.
Ability to travel between COH sites and within the Ward 8 community.
Nice-to-Haves
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge of Bellevue community strongly preferred.
