As a Salesforce Multi‑Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in redefining our clients’ business operations using Salesforce CDP/DataCloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You’ll lead the design and implementation of integrated solutions, mentor teams, and drive technological excellence.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Architect and design comprehensive solutions across Salesforce CDP/DataCloud and SFMC to ensure seamless data integration and optimal performance.
Provide extensive technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle from concept to execution.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals and objectives.
Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Develop and lead all aspects of standard processes for data management, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
Engage with collaborators to continuously refine and improve solutions based on feedback and evolving needs.
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge of Salesforce platforms.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven hands‑on experience with Salesforce CDP/DataCloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Strong track record of architecting and designing solutions that integrate Salesforce CDP/DataCloud with SFMC.
Salesforce certifications in CDP/DataCloud and SFMC.
Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Excellent problem‑solving skills with a strategic and analytical approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and partners.
Experience in other Salesforce clouds and solutions is a plus.
Proficiency in industry‑standard processes for data management and marketing automation.
Proven ability to run multiple projects, deadlines, and tasks in a dynamic environment.
Experience delivering training sessions and workshops to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Compensation Base Salary: $127,900 – $237,500 (actual compensation within the range depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable law). The salary range is subject to change.
Hybrid Working Arrangement This is a hybrid role with expectation to work out of an Epsilon office at least two days per week.
