outpatient and inpatient
settings.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (Daytime Hours)
Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
Access to advanced diagnostics, imaging, and treatment technologies
Collaborate with cardiologists to provide high-quality cardiovascular care
Supports both continuity of care and chronic disease management
Spanish speaking preferred
Qualifications
Active
Illinois medical license
(or eligibility to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited
Physician Assistant
or
Advanced Practice Nursing
program
New graduates with strong cardiology clinical rotations will also be considered.
Strong
clinical, organizational, and communication
skills
Ability to work both
independently
and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000-130,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
