Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary Director of Product to lead our Experience Team. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will oversee strategy and execution for client applications that power exceptional user experiences across workforce experience. You will build and lead a high‑performing team of Product Managers who develop seamless, intuitive solutions that solve complex customer problems and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive product management experience, a deep understanding of modern application architecture and service design, and a proven ability to deliver scalable products that delight users.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision and strategy for client applications

Lead a team of Product Managers focused user-facing applications

Work cross‑functionally with other product directors, engineering directors, customer‑facing teams, and customers to develop a roadmap that delivers measurable business value

Own and successfully deliver on the product roadmap with clear milestones and outcomes

Develop strategies for building robust, scalable services and intuitive client experiences that drive user adoption

Guide your team in collaborating with engineers, designers, and architects to translate business requirements into production‑ready solutions

Establish processes for managing product lifecycle from concept to deployment across core services and applications

Foster partnerships between product teams, engineering, and design to create exceptional user experiences

Identify opportunities to enhance core platform capabilities and client applications to drive competitive advantage

Develop strategic roadmaps for services and applications, prioritizing based on business impact and customer needs

Build and scale product functions from scratch, leveraging 0‑1 experience in establishing new teams and processes

Mentor your team through complex development processes, ensuring solutions are robust, performant, and deliver measurable results

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years leading client application development in enterprise software

5+ years of people management experience leading product teams at a director level

Demonstrated success in building teams that deliver exceptional user experiences with measurable business impact

Track record of setting strategic direction for platform services and applications that solve real problems and drive user adoption

Strong understanding of modern application architecture, API design, and platform services

Experience with client application development across web, mobile, and desktop platforms

Executive‑level communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences

Deep knowledge of product development processes, service architecture, and technical infrastructure requirements

Fully‑remote position, however preferably for someone in the Denver/Boulder area with hybrid work available in our Denver, CO office
