Construction Account Executive/Consultant

Salary:
$100-135,000
Our Client , is a well‑known and respected full‑service commercial insurance and surety broker. They seek an experienced construction account executive to manage and maintain a book of larger middle‑market construction clients. Premium size $1 million - $4 million.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a book of construction business
Market new and renewal business
Consult for Large Clients
Oversee and provide excellent and professional client services
Prepare and deliver renewal and new business presentations
Act as a consultant to several clients
Identify exposures and make recommends
Provide day-to-day client services
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience with large commercial risks.
Knowledge of construction markets and products
Proven track record of customer retention and development of new business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Active broker license(s) required
Familiarity with AMS 360 preferred
Experience with carrier websites, rating, claims, and underwriting preferred
