Business Development Operations Specialist
Remote (USA) | Full-Time

The Business Development Operations Specialist is a highly organized, detail-oriented role supporting revenue, client experience, and internal operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys solving problems quickly, and can keep multiple systems and workflows running smoothly every day.
Responsibilities
Manage customer support workflows, ensuring timely responses and resolutions across ZenDesk and JustCall
Coordinate operational activities tied to revenue and client experience—payment changes, disputes, and account updates through Stripe
Maintain accurate CRM records in Keap, ensuring proper documentation, lead handling, data quality, and daily sales clean‑up
Support business development and sales operations by keeping pipelines organized, ensuring data hygiene, and escalating issues as needed
Track and document receivables activity to support consistent cash flow and financial accuracy
Organize post‑event operational follow‑through, ensuring timely completion of required actions and updates
Assist with internal operations requests to keep cross‑department workflows moving smoothly
Maintain structured documentation and organized digital records across Google Sheets and Slack
Qualifications
1+ year of experience preferred in operations, support, sales operations, revenue operations, or similar fields
Required Skills & Experience
Experience with:
ZenDesk (support workflows)
JustCall (text/voice communication)
Keap / CRM (data management & lead handling)
Stripe (payments, refunds, and account updates)
Google Sheets (data tracking & reporting)
Slack (internal communication & coordination)
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple workflows at once and prioritize effectively
Clear, timely, professional communication—written and verbal
High personal reliability and ownership mentality
Comfortable operating in a fully remote, fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment
