The Assistant Project Manager works within the Project Management Team which is responsible for planning and overseeing the project to ensure a timely and cost-effective outcome. This includes budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the project. The role ensures the project is constructed in a safe, ethical manner and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. The Project Management Team can vary greatly depending on the size and complexity of the projects, which in turn will affect the number of responsibilities the Assistant Project Manager will be involved in.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent experience

5+ years prior relevant experience

Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution

USD $112,815.00 per year

Salary High

USD $169,165.00 per year
