The Sales Operations team is seeking a

Sales Planning Systems Manager

to advance the go‑to‑market operations. In this role you will serve as the subject‑matter expert on the sales planning system team, leveraging experience from system implementation, model building, and sales planning & operations. You will collaborate with Field Operations, Sales Planning, and Sales Compensation to improve existing models and create roadmaps for new ones using the planning system.

In this role you will get to:

Take full ownership of the SDR annual planning and in‑year operations models, ensuring seamless execution of the planning and deployment cycle and smooth day‑to‑day operations post‑deployment.

Build and support planning and in‑year operations models for other overlay functions to drive tighter alignment with GTM priorities.

Serve as product manager, creating a structured feedback loop and strategic roadmap with key stakeholders, ensuring clear delivery milestones and expectations.

Enable teams by designing customized training programs to improve the end‑user experience and system adoption.

Be a thought leader, driving operational efficiency across teams through system automation.

On Day One Minimum Requirements

6+ years of experience in data analytics within sales planning & operations or adjacent fields.

5+ years focused on architecting planning solutions, leading implementation projects, and providing end‑user enablement.

Proven ability to lead cross‑functional discussions and simplify complex business requirements.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

Expertise in root cause analysis and the ability to communicate findings clearly to senior leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, economics, or another quantitative discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

Master Anaplan or Anaplan Solutions Architect certification.

Experience with Pigment implementation.

Comfortable structuring large volumes of unstructured data to derive insights.

A talent for solving complex problems with simple, user‑friendly solutions that drive adoption.

A passion for elevating the team through streamlined processes and system automation.

Compensation

Estimated base salary range: $139,000 – $182,700.

Eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
