Job Title Site Lead – Volo Kids Foundation (San Diego)
Job Description When you accept a position with Volo, you’ll be joining a passionate, driven group of innovators within the youth sports industry. Coaches serve our kids and families by providing a safe and fun experience on the field. This is a part‑time position with opportunities for advancement.
Rate Rate:
$22.50 per hour
Sports Needed Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball or Softball.
Responsibilities
Serve as the direct contact with kids and families to assure a safe and fun experience.
Lead the entire program to ensure smooth operation.
Pick up equipment from storage units and transport to the site, returning equipment after the program.
Handle administrative responsibilities: check‑in and check‑out, name tags, shirts, first aid, water and snacks.
Manage GroupMe RSVPs and send program communication prior to each program.
Complete game logs at the end of each program.
Coach or support coaching as needed.
Required Qualifications
At least one year of coaching or teaching experience.
Attend mandatory staff training.
Passion for sports and social activities.
Outgoing, professional, and punctual.
